Mardi Gras Casino Offers the "Crappiest Promotion"

The Mardi Gras Casino in Hallandale Beach will be offering their loyal players a taste of Las Vegas on April 9th, 2010. The casino will be featuring "The Crappiest Promotion," with the objective of giving 120 Florida casino gamblers the chance to win up to $90,000 in bonus free play.

"The Crappiest Promotion" of the Mardi Gras Casino is base on well-loved casino game, craps. While casino facilities in South Florida cannot legally offer the game to their players, this promotion brings gamblers craps action without the danger of losing any of their hard-earned money.

In order to join, gamblers must be a Mardi Gras Casino Player's Club member. Signing up to be a member of the club is as simple as presenting identification at the guest relations desk inside the Mardi Gras Casino. "The Crappiest Promotion" starts this Friday and continues each succeeding Friday in April. There will be six hourly drawings beginning at 4:45 p.m.

In each drawing, five lucky members of the Player's Club who are present and who have utilized their Player's Club card that day, will be chosen to participate in the game that hour. At the top of the hour, the five players will go to a huge 16 ft. table with the logo of the "Crappiest Promotion" in the middle. The first craps player is given a pair of over-sized purple dice.

The player throws the dice and based on the result, either takes home bonus cash or loses bonus cash for the entire group of five players. If the first result is a seven, the biggest prize money possible, $1,000, is given to the group. The player then would decide on whether to throw the dice again or give them to the next player.

The maximum number of dice throws for each gamer is three. If the player chooses to pass the dice, the next player would then make their initial roll. The game continues until all five gamers have had the opportunity to throw the dice.

At the end of the game, the total amount of bonus cash gained will be credited to Player's Club accounts of the group. If a player throws a two, three or 12, they will lose their rest of their turn and all of the bonus cash their group has managed to accumulate until that point.

The breakdown of what players can win with each throw of the dice: 2, 3 or 12-$0 and the player automatically loses, 4-$50 bonus play, 5-$100, 6-$200, 11-$500 and 7-$1,000. The "Crappiest Promotion" will take place at 5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m., 8:00 p.m., 9:00 p.m., and 10:00 p.m. on April 9th, 2010, April 16th, 2010, April 23rd, 2010 and April 30th, 2010.
